DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR. Polioles S. A. DE C. V. (POLIOLES), with address at Fernando Montes de Oca No. 71, Colonia Condesa, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06140, Mexico City, for the purposes hereof.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. The personal data collected will be processed and safeguarded pursuant to the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Information in Possession of Private Entities. They will be kept in the different means that technology allows and with the highest security that these provide.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA. Personal data held by POLIOLES will be used for the following:

• Internal analysis.
• Compliance with authorized obligations and services.
• Quality evaluations.
• Product and related information.
• Provision of authorized services.
• Participation in internal processes.
• Response to requests for information, attention and related.
• Compliance with applicable legal requirements.

The personal data you provide will be considered sensitive and will not be shared.

TRANSFERS. Upon knowledge of the scope and content hereof, you agree that POLIOLES may obtain your personal data by itself or through third parties contracted for that purpose, your personal data may also be transferred to third parties subcontracted or related to the provision of services, statistical or advertising purposes. In addition, your personal data may be transferred to any of the affiliates, subsidiaries and/or controlling companies of POLIOLES, whether national and/or foreign, which will be restricted to use the personal data for the same purposes as the responsible party in Mexico.

LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA. To carry out the limitation of use and/or disclosure of personal data, you must send an email to avisodeprivacidad@polioles.com.mx or written notice to the following address: Fernando Montes de Oca No. 71, Colonia Condesa, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, C. P. 06140, Mexico City, in attention to the Privacy Department, means in which you must notify POLIOLES such limitation of use and/or disclosure of personal data.

ARCO RIGHTS. You have the right to: Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, on the personal data we collect, so you can carry out any of the actions listed above whenever you consider that you must make any changes related to personal data. The foregoing must be conducted in writing via email to avisodeprivacidad@polioles.com.mx, from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with the following. 

information: (i) Holder’s name, (ii) physical address or e-mail address, (iii) official documents proving their legal capacity and/or authorization to represent a third party, (iv) description of the personal data on which an ARCO right is intended to be exercised, (v) any other complementary element for the purposes intended.

REVOCATION OF AUTHORIZATION. You may revoke the authorization for the use of your personal data by sending a written request either by e-mail to avisodeprivacidad@polioles.com.mx or by mail to the address located at Fernando Montes de Oca No. 71, Colonia Condesa, Delegación Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06140, Mexico City, in attention to the Privacy Department from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., clearly explaining the data related to the revocation.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY. Any amendments to this Privacy Policy will be available at www.polioles.com.mx
